I, as Principal of the Institution, like to convey my thoughts on two aspects of life. 

First is the message from Upanishad which says "always give more than what you expect to receive".  You are employable only if you generate a net surplus for the employer.  You must generate enough for the institution to be on the path of sustained growth.

Second is the message from common wisdom that stresses the need to strike a balance between "hard work and measured success".
