The Master in Management Studies (MMS) program is a 2 year full-time post-graduate program, conducted at Shri H & G H M Institute of Management.  On successful completion, the student gets an MMS degree of the University of Mumbai.

The admissions are through a highly competitive Common Entrance Test (CET) which is taken by more than 30,000 students all over the country. A rigorous GD and PI follow the test.

LIST OF THE CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS

TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE CANDIDATES ADMITTED TO THE

MMS PROGRAMME

2008-2010

The students who are allotted Shri H & G H M Institute of Management for MMS admission are required to produce following certificates in ORIGINAL & 5 photocopies duly attested, without which No fees will be accepted & No admission will be granted.

 

             I.      Certified True copies of

              1}  Original D.T.E. Score Card

              2}  Graduation Marksheet (All the three years Marksheet and passing
                     certificate).

              3}   H.S.C/Diploma Marksheet & Passing Certificates.

              4}  S.S.C. Passing Certificate.

              5}  Transfer Certificate ( Within the stipulated period should be
                    submitted, should apply in their respective institutes/colleges after
                    admission from our college.)                                                

             
6}  Migration Certificate ( for students migration from other Universities)

              7}  Provisional Eligibility Certificate of Mumbai University ( for students
                   
migration from other Universities)

              8} Caste Certificates (OBC , S.C.& ST candidates)

              9} Caste Validity (S.C.  Candidates)

            10}  Non Creamy Layer Certificate (For NT-2 ,NT-3 & OBC Candidates)

            11} GAP Certificate ( for students who have passed their graduation Exams
                  
other than March 2008)             

            12}  Consent Letter from DTE ( to be copied from website www.dte.org.in)

            13)   Photographs ( Two Passport Size and 2 stamp Size for I Card)

            14}  6  Attested Xerox Copies of all the above documents for admission.

            15}  Notarised Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs.100 regarding revision of fee
                    structure.
                  

            16)  For J& K Category – A certificate from Military Officer/Dist
                     Magistrate/Dist. Collector/Head of the Office, Migrant/
                     Refugee Camp stating that candidate is from J & K and Ration Card

             17)  Leaving Certificate for Indian Nationality

             18)  Notarised Affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs.100 regarding Sindhi Minority

             19)  Sindhi Domicile Certificate. (Thashil)

ADMISSIONS FOR FIRST YEAR MASTER OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES
            
(2008-2010)               

Applications are invited for admission to F.Y.M.M.S. for

1.  Institute / NRI Quota ( 20% ) -  Including Sindhi's from all over India.

2.  Sindhi Quota ( 51% ) -  Applicants for Sindhi quota should be domicile of Maharashtra 

Separate applications are required to be submitted for the above categories 

Eligibility criteria, admission rules and selection procedure are displayed on our College notice board and website www.hsnc-mgmt.org

LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS IS 8th JULY 2008. 

Applications forms for admission along with the prospectus are available will effect from 12th June 2008 at the college office on making payment of Rs.500/- in cash or DD.  If prospectus is needed by post, mail Rs.650/- by DD, favouring  Principal, Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board’s College Of  Management, payable at Ulhasnagar.  The request for postal dispatch of form and prospectus should reach the institute by 4th July 2008. Admission date and required document are notified in the prospectus. For further details please contact on Tel.No. 95251-2571867.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 

All candidates are hereby informed that they have to submit following documents at the time of admission, without which they are not eligible for admission :

1)  Four sets of  Xerox copy attested of all relevant documents.

2.  All original laminated documents.

3.  Demand  Draft of Rs. 53,750/- (Fifty three thousand seven hundred fifty only) in favour of principal, Hyderabad (Sind) National Collegiate Board's College of Management payable at Ulhasnagar. (As per current notification by Shikshan Shulka Samiti.)

4.  Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly notarised regarding undertaking of fee variation by Shikshan Shulka Samiti.


NOTICE 

Students allotted by D.T.E. through CET to our College are hereby requested to  collect the Prospectus of  Rs. 500/- for  the year 2008-2010 and submit it &  pay their Interim Fees of Rs. 53,750/-(by Demand draft drawn in favour of principal “Hyderabad Sind National Collegiate Board's College of Management payable at Ulhasnagar”) alongwith the following documents, for their admission to  F.Y.M.M.S.

Students who fail to report 16th  July, 2008 ( allotted by DTE) will lose their hold over the seat and College has right to allot that seat to another eligible student (applying for Vacant Seat)

1.   I Mr./Ms. __________________________, seeking admission at F.Y/S.Y M.M.S for the Academic Year 2008-2010 in Shri. H & G H M Institute of Management, Smt. C.H.M. College Campus, Ulhasnagar – 3, do hereby confirm that at the time of admission, I am making payment of Fees of Rs.53750/- (80% of the fees finalized for the academic year 2007-08) as declared by the Shikshan Shulk Samiti constituted by the Government of Maharashtra as per the orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court.

                          

2.  I am aware of the fact that the fee for the year 2008-09 and may be subject to adjustment from time to time as per the orders of the appropriate authority.

 

3.  I further undertake and confirm that I shall be bound to pay the difference, if any, between fee already paid and final tuition fee fixed by the said Shikshan Shulka Samiti in stipulated time, failing which my admission is liable to be cancelled, without notice.

 

4 I say that the admission granted to me at FY/SY of the MMS course in the academic year 2008-2009 is provisional subject to approval of DTE as well as payment of full and final fees as fixed by the appropriate authority. 

Whatever stated herein above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and I shall abide by the contents of this affidavit in its letter and spirit.

Fees 

Candidates who have secured admission for the first year of MBA / MMS / PGDBM / PGDBA are required to pay the fees of  the respective institute as approved by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti  Bandra (East), Mumbai.

9.1 Cancellation charges and Refund of Tuition, Development and Other fees for the admissions secured through CAP : 

The candidate who has been provisionally admitted through CAP may cancel admission by submitting an application in duplicate, and may request for refund of fees.  The cancellation charges and refund of fees as applicable shall be made in due course by the respective institute.  It is made clear that such application for cancellation will be considered if any only if the admission is taken provisionally through CAP by paying the prescribed tuition fee in full and by submitting original documents as mentioned in these rules.  Refund of tuition fees and other fees and other fee to be made after deduction of the cancellation charges after allotment after after EACH ROUND of ALLOTMENT/ ADMISSION is as shown below.
